The Best of Chicago’s Distinguished Professionals

With 20 stories of first class office space, we’re home to a diverse mix of tech firms, law firms, medical and dental practices, mental health professionals and some of Chicago’s longest-standing nonprofits.

Tech

Our tech/design tenants love the open/lofted feel provided by our 13’ clear ceilings and 10’ windows. Enterprise speed internet service from multiple providers and our recently installed cell-signal boosting DAS system throughout the entire building provides maximum flexibility to accommodate the newest internet and communication technologies. Bike room with locker/shower facilities and all transportation options within steps of the building provide quick and eco-sensitive commuting.

Non-Profits

Our suites are constructed to provide a range of meeting rooms, open concept floor plans, and professional "hoteling" space for rotating employees.

Law Firms

Our suites can accommodate intermediate sized suites for current law practices. Our tenants have a modern and comfortable place to work and the necessary meeting rooms to conduct day-to-day business. The building offers varying sizes of conference rooms to accommodate everything from large board meetings to small group depositions.

Mental

Second-to-none sound attention, smart secondary exit office configurations, efficient layouts, flexible work hours and sensible privacy policies are just some of the reasons that 25 E. Washington has become THE Loop location for over fifty mental health practices.

Medical

We have available  medical suites of varying sizes that were previously occupied by dermatologists, general practitioners and other specialists.  Our building is equipped with a newly installed plumbing infrastructure to support all our tenants’ equipment needs, including the most intricate dental requirements.

Dental

25 E. Washington is home to over 30 dental practices. We offer a modernized plumbing infrastructure, first-class technology and transportational access for dental patients.

Hear From Our Tenants

To a person, our exceptional and experienced management team members all strive to provide individualized attention to best serve every one of our tenants needs. Here are just what a few of our tenants appreciate about being a tenant of 25 East Washington:

School of the Art Institute of Chicago

We are proud to that the Chicago’s School of the Art Institute recently made the decision to relocate 62,000 SF of gallery, studio and administrative space to our first and three lower level floors that was originally occupied as Marshall Fields retail and storage space.  Our 100+-year-old Burnham legacy architecture plus upgraded technology and amenities was the perfect fit for one of Chicago’s most iconic institutions.

Strobel Dentistry

My family has been proud to operate a family-owned Dental Practice in 25 East since 1932. My tenure, which began in 2005, has included a major lobby renovation and multiple expansions of our space. My dealings with the management team have been professional and fair. I have found the building to be run efficiently and proactively. We look forward to celebrating our centennial anniversary with 25 East in a short time!

Endodontics

25 E management and maintenance staff have been extremely attentive and helpful throughout the years and especially during the pandemic. The building is always well kept & the staff is extremely professional and friendly. We can always count on Management to execute any and all of our requests in a timely manner. We were consistently kept up to date with Covid-19 procedures, and management followed all guidelines with no issues. Communication was above and beyond, with advance notice of any events occurring in the area that could affect our staff and patients. We at Endodontics Limited appreciate the entire team!

Dr. Mohamed Fayad, DDS

Illinois Dermatology Institute

I have worked at 25 E Washington for almost a decade. I work in medicine, so professionalism, safety, and comfortability are paramount. This building embodies all of these attributes. My patients and staff enjoy coming to my office on a daily basis. The building managers, engineers, and security staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We are all on a first name basis, and they support my small business unconditionally. After my first 5 year lease expired, I signed another 10 year lease. As long as I work in downtown Chicago, 25 East will be my second home.
