Here Is Where You Want To Be

25 East Washington

Designed by Graham, Anderson, Probst and White, successor to DH Burnham, CO in 1914, this beautiful Chicago classic building combines original vintage charm with modern amenities and functionality. Nestled in the historic Jewelers Row Landmark district, which is rich in architectural and cultural history and also home to some of Chicago’s most bustling businesses. With 20 stories of tailor-made commercial space, we’re home to a diverse mix of tech firms, non-profits, law firms, medical and dental practices, mental health professionals and some of Chicago’s longest-standing nonprofits.

What We Value

Our tenants’ experience is our top priority. We value maintaining the highest-quality and highest functioning environment for our 120 tenants to efficiently run their business. We also value their time and work hard to anticipate their needs so they can focus on their business, not issues with their space or the building. Our primary mission is to provide prompt, professional and personalized service for all employees and their guests. We strive to say yes to every request.

A Promise to Our Tenants

The same ownership at Aspire Properties has managed the building for over 25 years, and consistently provides individualized attention to all 120+ tenants. This is why we dedicate ourselves to providing top-notch, uninterrupted service for our tenants and their guests. We are here to listen to how their experience can be improved and we will continue to evolve our approach to ensure our tenants can focus on their business rather than building and office operational issues.
